The aforementioned prices are based upon 2 persons per night. Regardless of whether there are 1 or 2 occupants, the price remains the same, while there is an additional US $18.57 fee per person for the 3rd and 4th persons.

Villa based on 1-4-person
(max. 6-person occupancy)

The aforementioned prices are based upon 4 persons per night. Regardless of whether there are 1, 2, 3, or 4 occupants, the price remains the same, while there is an additional US $18.57 fee per person for the 5th and 6th persons.

High Season:
December 17th, 2010 – January 3rd, 2011

Mid Season:
July 6th, 2010 – August 16th, 2010
January 4th, 2011 - March 31st, 2011

Low Season:
January 6th, 2010 – July 5th, 2010
August 17th, 2010 – December 16th, 2010

Check-out
Check-out time is 12:00 on check-out day. When you vacate your apartment or villa at 12:00, you may store your luggage in our luggage storage area until your departure. You may also use our facilities, such as the swimming pool and restaurant, for the entire day.

Late Check-out
If you wish to stay in your accommodations longer, a ‘late check-out’ is possible. With a late check-out you may stay in your apartment or villa until 17:00 while making use of our facilities. There is a US $50 fee for a late check-out.

All our prices are subject to change and therefore there can be no claims regarding them. The minimum stay is 3 nights.
